This notice covers the website and enquiries only. Data handled by Altien products deployed for customers is governed by the relevant customer agreement.
What we collect. The details you send us (name, work email, organisation, job title, message) and standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) processed by our hosting provider.
Why. To reply to enquiries, arrange demos and stay in touch with business contacts, and to keep the website running and secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running our business, or taking steps you ask for before a contract. We only send marketing where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with. Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries: website hosting and security, email, CRM and web font providers. Also professional advisers or authorities where required. We don't sell personal data.
International transfers. Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or ICO-approved contract clauses.
How long we keep it. Enquiries and correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Request logs: no longer than our hosting provider's standard security retention.
